We support program managers and agile coaches of large organizations to plan and execute agile programs. Our plugin called Ativo Programs, extents the project management software most organizations are already using, Jira.
We have a growing number of clients today, some part of the Fortune 500. We differentiate ourselves via visual management and by focusing on organizations using SAFe and Jira.
Ativo is part of the Start it @KBC acceleration program.

Role

As a developer, you are responsible to:

• Define the software architecture and coding guidelines.
• Implement, code review, unit test and deploy the new features requested by the Product Manager.
• Work in an agile team (e.g. participate team planning / team review / retrospective meetings)
• Coach trainee(s)

Technologies used: Java, Spring boot, Atlassian SDK, Typescript, React, Atlaskit, Junit, Mockito, Jest, Maven, NodeJS, Babel, Webpack, Github CI/CD, AWS Fargate, AWS RDS, Intelij.

About you

You have have Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, software engineering or a relevant field.

You are fascinated by software development (clean coding, software patterns, asynchronous calls, ..) and already have a strong experience that you want to share with others.

You are dynamic and eager to learn.

You have good communication skills.

You speak English fluently.
